Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return along with the original receipt or proof of purchase and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. You will be responsible for any price differences between the exchanged items, and any additional shipping costs incurred.
