its an empty remote shell cover for hyundai .their is no battery nor circuit inside.to cut the blade u can contact a local lock smith in your area.assembly is very simple unscrew the shell take off the remote and put it in to the new cover.by the help of a local lock smith cut the blade at a resonable price and your new remote key s ready to use.if the old remote is broken it is recommanded.and plz before buying make sure that the old ket remote looks exactly thr same.
